Senior AI Solutions Engineer - London (Hybrid) | Up to £120k
We’re partnered with a fast-growing property technology company whose platform helps housing providers, local authorities, and asset managers manage repairs, maintenance, and compliance at scale. They operate across the UK and Europe and are building AI into both their product and the way they work.
They are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help internal teams do more, better, and faster with AI. You will work with experts across sales, operations, support, finance, legal, and HR, alongside product teams. This is an early hire in a new function, with real influence over how the company adopts AI.
The role is part builder, part advisor: you will ship solutions, then work with colleagues until they trust and own them.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and turn them into scoped use cases and working prototypes
- Build with n8n, Tray.io, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and LLM APIs, integrating with Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Productionise robust workflows with logging, monitoring, evaluations, and guardrails
- Run training and workshops to raise AI literacy company-wide
- Set standards on PII, RBAC, and safe autonomous AI with Security, Legal, and Privacy
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in software engineering, applied AI, or a hybrid solutions and automation role
- Proven record of shipping AI or automation that non-technical users adopted and kept using
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
- Confident coding in Python and TypeScript, with REST and webhook integrations
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Location: Central London (hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
