💼 The Role
As a React Native Technical Lead, you’ll take ownership of their mobile app development — from architecture and performance to delivery and deployment. This is a fully hands-on position where you’ll still be coding daily while leading by example, mentoring engineers, and setting the technical direction for the team.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build seamless, engaging, and scalable mobile experiences used by thousands of learners across the UK.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of our React Native mobile apps
- Define and drive mobile architecture, best practices, and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality features
