We’re hiring for one of the most interesting vertical AI companies in Europe right now. This role is for someone who understands chemicals first and product second. The company is building an AI operating system for substance-based industries, replacing legacy PLM, ERP, regulatory, formulation, and quality systems with an AI-first platform already used by major beauty and chemicals brands. They’re now looking for a Product Manager to own the chemicals vertical.

You’ll be:

  • Owning the chemicals product roadmap
  • Building AI-powered workflow templates
  • Working directly with customers
  • Structuring formulation, regulatory, and raw material data
  • Using AI tools to prototype and ship product fast
  • Sitting between chemistry, product, and engineering

Ideal background:

  • 2–4 years in chemicals/formulation/R&D/manufacturing
  • Plus exposure to SaaS/product/software
  • Experience with formulations, SDS, REACH, CLP, GHS, PLM, LIMS etc.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to build/prototype
  • Fast learner with startup mentality
