We are looking for a Staff / Principal-level Go Developer for a fast-growing, cloud-native infrastructure company building an open-source platform that helps engineering teams run Kubernetes at scale and unlock true developer self-service.

The role

• Build and evolve high-performance Go services
• Lead design and operation of Kubernetes-first systems
• Influence architecture and technical direction at a senior level
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards

Requirements

• Extensive production experience with Go
• Deep Kubernetes expertise (operating clusters in the real world)
• Background in distributed, cloud-native systems
• Experience operating at Staff / Principal level
• High impact, senior technical ownership
• Minimal office time (1 day per fortnight)
• Up to £120k + meaningful equity
