Our client is one of the world’s leading AdTech firms, based in central London with a global reach. They’re looking to hire a Platform Support Lead who’ll be responsible for the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform stack. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with team management experience and operational ownership.
You’ll have the chance to lead a team of platform engineers, drive excellence, and act as the key interface between business stakeholders, engineering, and external partners. You’ll have the opportunity to define strategy, improve processes, and ensure platforms can scale to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an application support role or similar role.
- Good knowledge of DevOps tools such as AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
- Knowledge of scripting or an object-oriented programming language.
- SQL and database experience.
- Proficiency in configuration management, automation, and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of APIs and microservices is desirable.
- Experience leading others and being the “go to” senior in a team.
