We’re working with one of the world’s leading hedge funds who’re looking to grow their Networking team in London. With technology at the absolute forefront of their business, they trade across numerous markets with innovative, data-driven research and constantly evolving strategies. As a Network Administrator / Engineer you’ll have the chance to work in a true high performance, low latency environment – supporting cutting edge technologies and driving infrastructure forwards. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in routing and switching, multicast, automation with Python and a range of monitoring solutions. This is the perfect opportunity for a technical, experienced Network professional to take on a new, fast-paced and sophisticated challenge!

Requirements

  • Excellent experience supporting large-scale, complex networks (Cisco)
  • Experience working in trading and / or real-time technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching and multicast
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of Python scripting and automation
  • Experience of monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana
  • Experience of wireless and RF technologies would be ideal
