Oliver Bernard are partnering with a leading retail client who are looking to hire multiple Machine Learning Engineers for a long-term programme focused on transforming supply chain operations through AI and machine learning.
You'll be building and deploying production-grade ML and GenAI solutions across forecasting, inventory optimisation, logistics and operational decision-making systems.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience deploying ML and GenAI models into production environments
- Strong supply chain, logistics, inventory management or demand forecasting experience
- Python expertise and API development (REST/GraphQL)
- AWS or GCP cloud experience
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code
- Monitoring and evaluation of GenAI systems (LangSmith, Langfuse, LLM-as-a-Judge frameworks)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka is highly desirable
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and stakeholder communication skills
