Marketing & Community Manager (Tech/Recruitment)

Founded in 2010, Oliver Bernard is a tech talent partner that helps companies scale their tech teams. Outside of recruitment, we help bring the tech community together through our tech meetups and roundtables we host and we are the proud founders of our award winning initiative Future CodeHers.

Due to growth, we are now looking for a Marketing & Community Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital channels, strengthen engagement with clients and candidates, and drive consistency across our marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years Marketing experience, ideally within the tech recruitment or tech events.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Any experience with content creation such as building case studies is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review and update Oliver Bernard\’s LinkedIn page and team profiles to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Manage and plan regular social media posts.
• Create content and case studies about our clients and markets (Engineering, Data, Platform, and Product).
• Engage with our client and candidate communities – planning client dinners and candidate drinks.
• Organise meetups and roundtables for our tech communities and Future CodeHers initiative (working with local schools).
• Oversee brand assets and materials (e.g. merchandise, gym tops, digital branding).
