I’m currently working with a scaling health-tech organisation that are looking to hire a Transformation Manager to join their growing Transformation & Change team.
London – hybrid working (1 day/week in office) £6-Month Initial Contract
- Delivering strategic transformation programmes across the business
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes and business priorities
- Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement across key initiatives
- Supporting organisational change and helping embed new processes and ways of working
- Translating complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
- Providing project updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams
Experience within transformation, business operations, strategy or growth-focused roles
A background in management consulting or high-growth businesses
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience delivering cross-functional strategic projects
