I’m currently working with a scaling health-tech organisation that are looking to hire a Transformation Manager to join their growing Transformation & Change team.
Location: London – hybrid working (1 day/week in office)
Contract: £6-Month Initial Contract
Responsibilities:
- Delivering strategic transformation programmes across the business
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes and business priorities
- Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement across key initiatives
- Supporting organisational change and helping embed new processes and ways of working
- Translating complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
- Providing project updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams
Requirements:
- Experience within transformation, business operations, strategy or growth-focused roles
- A background in management consulting or high-growth businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering cross-functional strategic projects
