Our client is a growing trading firm and FinTech – At the cutting edge of algorithmic trading strategies, Machine Learning and low latency Financial Technology. With hybrid working in the London office, they’re looking to hire a Production Support Engineer with strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced financial markets environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring platform stability, incident response and client support.

Requirements:

  • Great experience in a Production Support / App Support / Trading Systems Support role
  • Strong experience supporting electronic trading platforms in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis, and client facing support
  • Experience working directly with clients, brokers, liquidity providers, or trading counterparties
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond during production incidents
  • Strong hands-on experience with the FIX Protocol
  • Ability to analyse application logs, packet captures, and system behaviour
  • Understanding of network connectivity concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls
