Oliver Bernard have partnered with an industry-leading AI consultancy helping enterprise organisations deploy AI products and agentic systems into production. Following strong growth and increasing demand from global clients, they're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to help shape the next phase of delivery.
You'll lead the design and deployment of AI applications, working across LLMs, multi-agent systems and enterprise integrations. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, technical leadership responsibilities and direct client exposure.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Python engineering background
- Commercial experience building LLM or agent-based applications
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, AutoGen or similar frameworks
- AWS or Azure cloud experience
- Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps knowledge
- Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
- Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills
