The team is focused on delivering real-world impact at scale, building innovative AI solutions that fundamentally change how organisations operate.

As a Principal AI Engineer, you’ll play a key leadership role in defining AI architecture, shaping technical strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering enterprise-grade AI systems across a range of industries.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Designing and scaling enterprise AI/ML systems
  • Building AI applications using LLMs, agents, and orchestration frameworks
  • Leading technical direction across the full AI solution lifecycle
  • Developing internal AI platforms and reusable capabilities
  • Partnering closely with enterprise stakeholders on AI strategy and implementation
  • Driving best practices across governance, observability, and AI lifecycle management

Requirements:

  • Strong Python and software engineering background
  • Deep experience with AI/ML systems in production
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or Azure ML
  • Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph / Autogen

Ideal profile:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong consulting mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving complex enterprise problems
