We're a London Technology Recruitment partner, founded in 2010. We're a team of around 40 driven, sociable people in a buzzing office in Liverpool Street London; our average retention is 6 years! 60% of our consultants joined as graduates and progressed through our Graduate Academy.
We work with leading brands including the BBC, NatWest, Sky, Tesco and On Running and have partnerships with exciting Private Equity and Y Combinator-backed tech start-ups. Outside of recruitment, we also host regular Tech meetups and community events and are the founders of the award-winning Future CodeHers Women in Tech initiative
Who we're looking for
- A BA or BSc graduate (2026 or 2027) from a UK based University
- Competitive - ideally with a team-sport background (any level)
- Confident on the phone, happy calling people you don't know (business development) is a big part of the job
- Resilient; you will hear "no and won't let it get to you
- A strong communicator, both spoken and written
What you'll be doing
- Winning new clients - calling, pitching and building relationships with hiring managers
- Finding and screening tech candidates, both active and passive
- Writing adverts, using LinkedIn Recruiter and managing everything in Bullhorn
- Running interview processes, negotiating offers and closing placements
- Building your personal brand on LinkedIn and becoming a specialist in your market
- Attending Tech events and meeting candidates & clients
- Competitive base plus fees from £500 - £2k per placement, uncapped commission and no desk fee.
- Quarterly, annual and new client bonuses, private healthcare, pension and discounted gym membership

- Work from Home Friday & after promotion, 2 days' work from home
