We’re partnered with an early-stage company operating in stealth, building an AI-native enterprise platform from the ground up. This is not AI bolted onto legacy infrastructure - the product is designed from first principles around data, intelligence, and workflows for regulated environments.
The role is deeply hands-on, focused on applied AI in production with real users and real data. You will be the first AI hire, working closely with the CTO to define and build the company’s AI function.
Responsibilities:- RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources
- Task-focused agents embedded into day-to-day workflows
- Collaborating closely with data and platform leads
- 2+ years working in AI, with strong Python skills
- Experience with RAG, vector and hybrid search
- Experience building workflow-driven agent systems
- Someone who’s shipped AI into production and isn’t afraid of messy data
