Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing ecommerce firms and are looking to hire a data-focussed Customer Service specialist. Offering hybrid working in their central London office, you’ll be key in creating and improving customer experience workflows and processes and help drive their use of AI and CRM to automate.
You’ll work across customer data analysis and report development, workflow refinement and closely with Product and Engineering teams to create user-facing tools. You’ll need to be a data-fluent problem solver, with a passion for technology and AI.
Experience of data analytics is needed, tools such as Looker, SQL and Google Sheets and demonstrate a fluency for AI and how it can be used day to day. Knowledge of customer experience platforms such as Zendesk is ideal to have, along with excellent communication skills, ambition and a drive to make things happen!
This role is ideal for someone who loves numbers, data and problem solving and turning messy information into useful insights. You’ll build reports, refine processes and make sure tools and content are accurate, consistent and effective.
