Our client is a leading (and growing!) technology and professional services consultancy and are looking for an experienced Workday and Integrations Developer.
Based in either the London or Leeds office (2 days a week) you'll design, develop and deploy Workday integrations using a variety of tools, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Orchestrate and Workday Studio.
You'll have the chance to develop custom integrations utilising Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), use XSLT for data transformations and work closely with HR, Finance, and others to gather and analyse integration requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
You'll also be key in integration strategy discussions, roadmap planning, and architectural reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer
- Strong proficiency in integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
- Expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of data transformation technologies
- Familiarity with Workday security models would be ideal
- Knowledge of HR and / or Financial business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
