Data Lead – Migration | Leeds | Contract (Outside IR35)
We’re supporting on a key hire within a major Workday transformation programme.
They are looking for a highly technical Data Lead to drive data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and remediation activities across Workday and connected systems.
Key experience
- Strong hands‑on capability with Python, VBA, and advanced Excel
- Data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and governance
- Managing data quality issues across complex environments
- Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
