Im currently partnered with a leading trading organisation thats looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of technical direction, mentor a talented team, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
As Lead Developer, youll be responsible for:
- Defining and leading the technical vision across key projects
- Mentoring engineers, fostering growth, and building an inclusive, high-performing team
- Driving best practice in architecture, code quality, and modern development approaches
- Delivering robust, test-driven software solutions using the latest tools and methodologies
Key skills required:
- NET (C#), SQL Server, SSIS/SSAS, T-SQL
- Experience of data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
- Exposure with React/Angular/TypeScript
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
