I've once again partnered with a leading InsurTech, who are building out a new Engineering team, and are looking to bring in a hands-on engineer, who will lead the team from a technical perspective, establishing the technical direction, designing and implementing solutions and setting best practices. In this role, you will lead a small engineering team, working closely with product teams, working on complex challenges, addressing technical debt and driving continuous improvement across the platform.

Required skills and experience:

  • Prior experience leading a small team of engineers
  • Experience with Databricks or a similar tool such as Snowflake
  • Experience with a modern cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Hybrid working – 3 days a week in Central London. Pays up to £110k + bonus and benefits package. Visa sponsorship unavailable; applicant must be UK based.
