We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to help shape the future of digital products in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. This role combines architecture, delivery, and engineering excellence across modern web apps, APIs, and cloud-native systems. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that’s passionate about building impactful, secure, and scalable digital products.
This person will act as the Tech Lead and Product Owner, providing technical leadership and doing planning and delivery, refining requirements, etc.
Must haves:
- Strong experience in C# / .NET to develop backend systems and service development
- Strong experience in React and TypeScript to deliver performant, scalable frontend apps
- Strong testing experience – from unit tests to accessibility and security checks
- Solid experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
Highly Desirable:
- Building and running cloud-native apps, ideally in Azure (will consider AWS and GCP)
- Worked on Event Driven systems and Event Sourcing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Test-Driven Design (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
