A YC-backed, Series A start-up that has a SaaS product reshaping how businesses operate and empowering teams globally is seeking 2 x Tech Leads (or capable Seniors with mentoring experience to step up) to drive technical excellence and innovation within their respective squads. This role involves leading a team of engineers, collaborating with senior leadership, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
- Design and develop new features in collaboration with leadership
- Build and maintain scalable backend (TS/Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes) and frontend (ReScript, React.js) solutions
- Expand the third-party integration marketplace
- Support technical architecture planning and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Proven leadership or line management experience
- Strong full-stack development expertise, ideally within SaaS
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript
- Experience working with product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Computer Science or STEM education
Although years of experience are not a deciding factor, we expect that the most suitable candidates will have at least 6-7+ years of industry experience. Ideally with at least 1-year in a Tech Lead (or similar) position but strong Seniors with project leadership and mentoring experience are also welcome to apply.
