Overview

OB are partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed London tech company that’s scaling its data function through 2026. They’re hiring a Lead Data Engineer / Tech Lead to own and shape their end-to-end data platform, supporting analytics and ML-powered products. The role is hands-on and senior, combining data engineering, system design, and ML enablement. You’ll define architecture, build scalable pipelines, and set technical standards while remaining close to production systems.
