Junior Network Engineer - Part Time - £50K Pro Rata

Our client is a global software engineering company building cutting edge tech solutions for ecommerce, gaming, betting and trading around the world.

In their central London office, they’re hiring a (Junior) Network Engineer for a part-time (~20 hours per week).

You\’ll work in an agile, dynamic team supporting a global network infrastructure across Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper, WiFi and VPN, routing and switching etc – a varied role!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with ~2 / 3 years’ experience to join a growing, cutting edge, tech company and take the next step in their career.

Potentially perfect for someone studying for a Masters or PhD who can only commit to a part-time role.

Requirements

• ~2 / 3 years’ experience of network support, and engineering
• Networking experience across Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper technologies
• Knowledge across WiFi, VPN, Firewalls, Routing and Switching
• Any experience of automation and tools such as Ansible, Puppet and Python would be great
