Oliver Bernard are currently working with a well-established FinTech, based in London, seeking an IT Systems Engineer to work across their IT Support, Operations and DevOps teams, and bridge the gap between the functions.
Looking for someone that can help improve efficiency across their DevOps, Support and Security teams. This opening is looking for someone well versed in several areas, including Support, Security, Networking, DevOps and Cloud, MDM, Scripting & more.
To be considered, you’ll need good commercial experience in a Support / Systems Engineering role and experience across the following:
- Experience in 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support capacities
- Resolving Jira tickets, providing MDM solutions, and supporting new users
- Previous experience supporting DevOps and AWS Cloud
- Prior Customer Service / Stakeholder Management experience
- Good Linux knowledge
- Prior scripting work with Bash and / or PowerShell
