OB has partnered with a leading PropTech company that is undergoing a data transformation and is looking for a hands-on Head of Data Engineering to take full ownership of their data platform and infrastructure, helping the organisation become more data-driven. The role is ideal for someone who has built a data function from an early stage and made it a key part of business operations. You will receive full autonomy to make decisions and shape the future data platform. The role will primarily be hands-on, with minimal people management to start, as you will scale the platform using a modern data stack with a view to growing a team in the near future.

Key skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with SQL & Python
  • Knowledge of DBT, Airflow & Looker
  • Snowflake experience or a similar data warehousing tool
  • Infrastructure knowledge of AWS/GCP (you’ll be using AWS)

Hybrid working – 3 days a week required in Central London offices. To be considered, you must be UK based and sponsorship is unavailable.
