Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing FinTechs. Based in central London, with hybrid working, they’re looking for a Head of Compliance to join them, lead the Compliance and legal function and champion the highest standards of integrity and ethical governance.
You’ll work across financial, operational, and data compliance domains with oversight of risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness and you’ll be key in helping shape risk and governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading compliance and being the go-to for leadership
- Strong, proven experience in compliance, legal, risk management and regulatory affairs
- Good experience working in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven track record managing PSD2, AML and GDPR
- Experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2
