Join our graduate programme. Oliver Bernard are looking for 2025 graduates to join our graduate training programme. We will help you build lifelong skills such as business development, sales, outreach and networking, building relationships, stakeholder management, personal branding plus more. This will help pave the way to a successful recruitment career.
- SALARY: 24K basic salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Expected earnings: Year 1 £35,000-£40,000, Year 2 £50,000-£70,000, Year 3 £80,000+
