About us
Founded in 2010, we're a team of around 40 based in Liverpool Street, London. We partner with leading brands and exciting tech start-ups, and around 60% of our consultants started as graduates through our Graduate training academy.
The role
- Win new clients and build relationships with hiring managers.
- Source and connect with technology candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from winning business to closing placements.
- Develop your own specialist market and earning potential.
Who we're looking for
- 2026 or 2027 BA/BSc graduates.
- Competitive high achievers, whether through sport, societies or sales experience - these all count!
- Confident communicators who are comfortable picking up the phone - business development is a big part of the job
- Resilient, ambitious and motivated to succeed.
