Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer who wants to build products that genuinely make a difference.

- Building and enhancing a Ruby on Rails platform used by a growing community of customers
- Working across the full stack to deliver high-quality, customer-focused features

- We're looking for someone with
- 5+ years' commercial Ruby on Rails experience
- Postgre SQL, REST APIs and background processing
- Stripe or similar payment platform integrations
- Experience using AI-enabled engineering tools as part of your workflow
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A proactive mindset with a passion for building well-crafted software
- Video streaming platform experience
- Saa S or subscription product experience
- Experience working in small, fast-moving product teams
