We’re hiring for a seed-stage SaaS startup backed by Balderton (near £5m raised) that’s using AI to fundamentally redefine its product.
The company is pre-PMF and mid-pivot, at a genuine inflection point, and looking for a hands-on engineer (~80% coding) to help shape the product, architecture, and technical foundations from the ground up.
Up to £100k + meaningful equity
🧑 💻 What you’ll be doing
- Full-stack engineering (backend-leaning): Next.js (FE + BE), Node.js, TypeScript, with some legacy Python
- Working closely with the CEO & product to shape roadmap and direction
- Building alongside a small, senior team (3 engineers) with true peer ownership
- Iterating fast
- Shipping real-world AI / agentic systems, not proof of concepts
- Hybrid: 2+ days per week in Moorgate
- Small, flat team — low ego, high agency
- Fast decisions, high trust, minimal processes
