Are you a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Software Engineer with Consultancy experience and looking for a new role? OB have partnered with a scale-up B2B SaaS business, fresh off an incredibly successful Series B round of funding, who are looking to expand their UK operation and bring in several Forward Deployed Engineers to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Design AI-powered growth workflows for internal use and customer solutions, refine their services approach, and use their platform to improve processes and explore new opportunities.
- Work with teams across the business to launch and iterate on new features, track key metrics, and share insights with leadership.
- Support UX research and contribute hands-on product testing and feedback to improve usability and the overall customer experience.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Consultancy based Software Engineering role.
- Experience with LLM's and AI techniques.
- Must have strong client facing skills, with clear communication, both written and verbal.
- The role will start as fully remote, but they are opening a London office which you will be required to attend on a hybrid basis.
- To be considered, you must be UK based.
- Salary is dependent on skills and experience - Paying £70k-£120k + equity package.
