Oliver Bernard are currently working with an established InsurTech company who are looking for an established Exploratory Tester, on a contract basis, to help them fix a series of issues across their internal applications. The incoming engineer will work as the primary Tester on an established Platform, with the view of delving into issues across their software, discovering and uncovering defects in their tests, helping present solutions to these whilst coaching and mentoring others in the team on best practices.

To be considered for this opening, you must have the following experience:

  • Strong background as an Exploratory Tester
  • Hands-on experience across various Exploratory Testing tools (eg. TestRail, TestPad etc)
  • Experience uncovering defects in software and providing long term solutions to potential issues
  • History of working in C# / .Net driven Automation environments (the underlying tech stack here is a combination of C#, Selenium, SpecFlow and Azure DevOps)
  • Capable of driving best practices and setting in place best processes

This role can offer £500-600 p/day, inside IR35 for 6 months, and operates a hybrid working model (2-3 office days per week in London).
