OB have partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up, fresh off an extremely successful Series B funding round. They’re expanding their UK presence and are looking to hire several Forward Deployed Engineers to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll design AI-powered growth workflows for both internal teams and customer-facing solutions, help refine their services approach, and leverage the platform to improve processes and uncover new opportunities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to launch and iterate on new features, track key metrics, and share insights with leadership. You’ll also support UX research and contribute hands-on testing and feedback to enhance usability and the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered growth workflows for internal teams and customer-facing solutions
- Refine services approach and leverage the platform to improve processes and uncover opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and iterate on new features
- Track key metrics and share insights with leadership
- Support UX research and contribute hands-on testing and feedback to enhance usability and the customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a consultancy-focused software engineering role
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI techniques
- Excellent client-facing skills with clear written and verbal communication
Salary and Benefits
Salary is dependent on skills and experience, paying £80k–£180k + equity. The role will initially be fully remote; however, a London office is opening and attendance will be required on a hybrid basis.
