Oliver Bernard has partnered with a globally recognised consumer brand to place a Head of Product Design at a pivotal point in their digital evolution. The role requires setting design direction at a strategic level while actively engaging in hands-on craft to shape experiences, set standards, and drive real behaviour change across multiple markets.
What you’ll be doing
- Setting the experience vision and design strategy across key journeys
- Leading by example – raising the bar for craft and clarity while rolling up your sleeves where it matters
- Building and evolving a scalable design system used consistently at global level
- Embedding research and behavioural insight into decision-making
- Partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Brand to shape direction early
- Representing design at senior level, influencing strategy, investment and outcomes
