The Role
You will be working on high-performance backend services and infrastructure powering mission-critical systems. You will have real influence over technical direction, architecture, and tooling, while collaborating closely with product, SRE, and platform teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and building scalable Microservices in Go
- Developing and maintaining cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes
- Building APIs, internal tooling, and background processing systems
- Improving performance, reliability, and security of production services
- Contributing to architectural decisions and best practices
- Writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
What We Are Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang)
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating workloads in Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- A proactive, collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Helm, Terraform, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Knowledge of service meshes, event-driven systems, or Kafka
- Previous experience in high-scale or SaaS environments
