I’m working with an early-stage HealthTech business that is looking for a Design Lead to join their growing product team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a strong Product Designer who wants to take ownership of the design function and play a key role in shaping the product.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design of a consumer-facing mobile product
- Taking ownership of UX and UI across the product
- Creating intuitive, high-quality experiences across iOS
- Designing personalised experiences around different user needs and behaviours
- Using research, user feedback and product data to improve the experience
- Working closely with engineers to ensure designs are delivered to a high standard
- Helping establish strong design processes as the team grows
- Contributing to the wider visual and brand direction of the product
What they’re looking for:
- 6+ years’ experience designing and shipping consumer digital products
- Previous experience working on mobile products, ideally iOS
- A strong understanding of UX, UI and interaction design
- Excellent Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems
- A strong eye for visual detail and product quality
- Experience working across the full product design lifecycle
- Comfortable working in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
- Someone who can balance user needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience within health, wellness, fitness or other consumer-focused products would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
