We’re partnering with a leading utilities company undergoing a major data transformation and they’re hiring a Data Architect to take ownership of their enterprise data platform and shape the future of data across the business. This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you’ll define and lead the end-to-end data architecture strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders and guiding the build of a new enterprise data warehouse on GCP over the next two years.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and define the end-to-end data architecture and platform strategy
- Lead the design and build of a new enterprise data warehouse
- Create architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Governance to ensure alignment and delivery
- Act as the go-to authority for data architecture, balancing technical vision with business needs (this role will be ~20% hands‑on!)
