Customer Onboarding Manager
Fully remote (UK based)
Paying Β£275-Β£300 per day (Outside IR35)
Oliver Bernard have partnered with a leading EdTech SaaS company who are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to help onboard and manage several key accounts across primary and secondary schools.
You will be responsible for owning the onboarding process of multiple schools at any given time, and support on co-ordinating data migration and training schedules.
Customer Onboarding Manager requirements:
- Software as a service (SaaS) β essential
- Strong project management skills
- Strong change management skills
- Stakeholder management and evidence of building customer relationships
- Comfortable managing data migration processes
- Experience using CRMs and ability to interpret data and simplify for schools to understand
- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools
- EdTech experience β desirable
This is a fully remote role (UK based only)
Contract details:
Ideal start date: 1st October
Duration: Initial 6 months
Day rate: Β£275-Β£300 (Outside IR35)
