Oliver Bernard are currently seeking a Compliance Manager to join a client of ours who operate an AI product within the Tech for Good sector. As they’ve grown organically across the last few years, they’re now looking to hire someone who can own Compliance as a function, and take on the responsibility of their compliance practices first hand.
To be a suitable match the incoming hire will need to have prior experience as a Compliance Manager within regulated environments (ideally within the healthcare space) and be comfortable owning Quality Management Systems whilst their product scales.
Must have experience:
- Strong experience in SaMD compliance
- Comfortable owning and evolving Quality Management Systems
- Able to work with Product and Engineering teams to embed compliance into broader tech teams
- Have strong ISO knowledge, able to drive audits, policies and build ISO documentation
- Be able to work with internal and external stakeholders across a product led business
- Exposure to AI and Data driven / led processes is also a big bonus
This position is a hybrid opening, 3 days p/week in the office, and can offer £50-55K for the right profile.
