OB have once again partnered with a high-growth Data Intelligence Platform start-up, who are looking to grow their Backend team by hiring a Senior Engineer with strong Python skills. The role involves owning architecture, performance, and the overall quality of their backend which serves over 300 clients. They are looking for someone who has a strong track record working on high-ownership projects and building real backend systems that deliver value to users.
Key skills and experience:
- 5+ years of commercial Python & FastAPI (Django or Flask also fine)
- Strong skills with SQL & Postgres, with a deep interest in Databases
- Experienced building and shipping APIs
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge - ideally AWS
Salary: Pays up to £140k + discretionary bonus (depending on skills and experience)
Office: 5-days a week in Central London offices
