I’m currently working with a scaling health-tech organisation that are looking to hire a Transformation Manager to join their growing Transformation & Change team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, driving strategic initiatives and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can genuinely make an impact from day one.

London – hybrid working (1 day/week in office) £650-£700 6-Month Initial Contract

The role will involve:

  • Delivering strategic transformation programmes across the business
  • Driving operational efficiency, process optimisation and scalable growth initiatives
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes and business priorities
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Operations teams
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement across key initiatives
  • Leading workshops and stakeholder sessions to support continuous improvement
  • Supporting organisational change and helping embed new processes and ways of working
  • Translating complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
  • Providing project updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within transformation, business operations, strategy or growth-focused roles
  • A background in management consulting or high-growth businesses
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering cross-functional strategic projects
  • A highly analytical and problem-solving mindset
