We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology business looking to hire a Staff Engineer to help shape architecture and technical strategy across a suite of core products. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on complex engineering challenges, AI-first product development, and driving architectural excellence across multiple teams.
Key experience:
- Data architecture across OLTP & OLAP environments
- Modern product engineering across distributed systems
- AI-first engineering and SDLC transformation
- Technical leadership across cross-functional teams
- MVP / 0-1 thinking and architecture evolution
- Cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)
