With hybrid working in the London office, they’re looking to hire an Application Support Engineer with strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced financial markets environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring platform stability, incident response and client support.
Requirements:- Great experience in a Production Support / App Support / Trading Systems Support role
- Strong experience supporting electronic trading platforms in a production environment
- Strong understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis, and client facing support.
- Experience working directly with clients, brokers, liquidity providers, or trading counterparties.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond during production incidents.
- Strong hands-on experience with the FIX Protocol.
- Ability to analyse application logs, packet captures, and system behaviour
- Understanding of network connectivity concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls.
