We are hiring Senior AI Engineers for a high-growth enterprise software company using AI to automate and optimise complex business workflows. This is not a research lab or a chatbot shop. You will be building production systems that sit at the centre of how large organisations make decisions, handle sensitive data and run critical processes. You will work closely with product and design, with real ownership over what gets built and how it is delivered.
What you will be working on:
- Building AI agents that handle real-world enterprise use cases like information extraction, reasoning and structured summarisation
- Developing and running Python services that power AI-driven workflows in production
- Designing systems that handle sensitive commercial data with strong security and privacy controls
- Turning messy, unstructured inputs into reliable, auditable outputs
- Maintaining high engineering standards across performance, reliability and code quality
What they are looking for:
- Experience running Python services in production cloud environments
- Good understanding of scalability, performance and security in B2B systems
- Hands-on experience building AI products using platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused engineering mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies
- Experience building agent-based systems using modern LLM orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise compliance or governance standards
