About the Opportunity

My client is a rapidly growing UK-based manufacturing business with a strong national footprint and an expanding international presence. As part of its continued growth strategy, my client is seeking an experienced General Counsel to join the leadership team and provide strategic legal guidance across the organisation.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the General Counsel will serve as the principal legal advisor to the executive team and board. The successful candidate will oversee all legal matters, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risk, and support the achievement of business objectives through commercially focused legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and board of directors.
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business initiatives.
