We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner/Operational Support professional for a full-time hybrid role based out of Musselburgh, with the opportunity to work remotely part of the time. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting financial advisors with client file preparation
- Creating financial plans
- Conducting in-depth research
- Preparing detailed reports
- Undertaking operational support tasks to ensure efficient business operations
You will collaborate with the financial planning team and leverage your expertise to deliver reliable and detailed information for use in client advisory services.
Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Financial Planning and Investments
- Diploma Qualified with a view to moving towards chartered or certified
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience or knowledge in Finance and understanding of advanced financial concepts
- Exceptional Report Writing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Relevant certifications such as Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning are an advantage
- Familiarity with industry-standard financial planning tools and software is a plus
