About the Employer
Olivers are a long-standing family business with a heritage in farm machinery going back 200 years. We were the first independent CLAAS dealer in 1947 and the business has gone from strength to strength with the last 5 years seeing significant growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Parts Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing family business that will give the successful candidate the support and platform to develop their skills and gain a level 2 qualification.
What You'll Do
- Serving & assisting customers face to face and on the phone
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
- Identifying and supplying parts to both customers and the service department, using parts books and online systems
- Provide accurate quotes and product information
- Process sales transactions, invoices, credits, and returns
- Assisting with Stock Management Support stock control, including ordering and stock checks
- Receiving deliveries
- Work closely with colleagues across the business
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge Warehouse Management Training Outcome
