We're looking for a Senior Designer / Design Lead to elevate the creative output of an embedded/in-house style studio, delivering high-quality design across always-on brand activity, integrated campaigns, and content production.
You'll lead by example-setting craft standards, partnering closely with creative and client stakeholders, and guiding a small team of designers to produce smart, effective, brand-right work at pace.

Responsibilities
Lead the design craft across projects-ensuring work is on-brand, conceptually strong, and beautifully executed.
Own and elevate design quality through clear art direction, strong layouts, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
Set the visual benchmark for the team; establish and maintain design standards, templates, and best practices.
Translate brand guidelines into compelling, channel-appropriate executions while knowing when/how to push them.
Contribute to and lead ideation sessions, developing visual territories, campaign systems, and content design approaches.
Support Creative Directors/Copywriters in bringing ideas to life with strong visual storytelling and clear rationale.
Produce moodboards, visual references, storyboards, and early-stage concept explorations.
Provide day-to-day guidance, feedback, and coaching to midweight/junior designers.
