About the role: Working in close partnership with our client, you will have the well-rounded skills to create smart ideas, impactful crafted communications, and develop design best practices. You’ll have a great track record of delivering high value craft and conceptual design and be keen to challenge the work. This role covers a vast range of marketing and branded communications, motion graphics, campaign creation, social assets, identity etc. Plus, the opportunity to lead and inspire other designers in the team. You will have impeccable design, typography, ideation, contemporary craft, and art direction.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the way on projects identified as opportunities to show our design, craft and conceptual expertise.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma (After Effects and Premiere a plus).
  • Analytical skills to dissect briefs, clear comprehension of objectives and skills to make suggestions/challenges to uphold the integrity of the design/brand.
  • Strong conceptual thinking.
  • Experience working across and delivering both digital and print based design projects.
  • Good understanding of responsive and modular design systems and current best practices (emails/websites/digital display).
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility best practice.
  • Build clear rationales to accompany the work.
  • Share know-how and best work across the team.
  • Help with pitching/pressure projects that need to be done right first time.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current contemporary design thinking and trends.
  • Art Direction and well thought through storyboarding.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output.
